I've seen this one around the Web for awhile, but it's always worth a second look. Check out the lovescool.com site for more info, and for one of the commenters suggestions on how to microwave cupcakes using boxed cake mix.I haven't had the courage to try that yet, but if you do, let me know how it is!

This is the best thing ever, all you have to add the mix and an egg together in a cup. mix it till smooth, then stick it in a microwave for 1 1/2- 2 mins. it taste great. I love it!
